This is the logo used by PBS on their childrens' shows from 1993 to 1999.
What's scary about this logo is how the P-Pals say "THIS IS PBS!" and the dog barking.
Also, William "Willy" Freebody III from The Lexington School for Recording Arts' voice saying "NOT!" on the parody version made me jump.
